2) Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov reveals that President Donald Trump was the one who initially mentioned the idea of creating de-escalation zones in Syria, aimed at stabilizing the situation in the war-torn-country.
3) Turkey warned the United States that its decision to arm Kurdish forces fighting the Islamic State in Syria could end up hurting Washington.
