1) Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who travelled to the Swiss city of Davos to attend the World Economic Forum, said he would urge world leaders to seize the last opportunity to implement sincere amendments to the nuclear agreement with the Islamic republic of Iran that would thwart Tehran’s aspiration to attain nuclear weapon capabilities.
2) French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian revealed that France has made it clear to Iran that it views its ballistic missiles program as a grave violation of international understandings, a point of contention with the Islamic Republic that has aligned Paris with Washington’s position.
3) Israel accused the United Nations of continuous discrimination against the Jewish State, with regard to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and urged the world body to implement immediate reforms within its human rights agency.
