Today’s News Summaries November 30 2018

Caroline Glick graced our Editor’s Note last week and we want to urge you all to view her video again and share it, or to see it for the first time. Her eloquent understanding of US and Israeli influence worldwide and her passion for the truth about Israel and the West is highly motivating. (See Article 1)
Although, CAIR seems to be getting away with positive P.R. on Facebook (Article 2), we also cover some good news with Europe possibly condemning Hamas as a Terrorist group at the UN, CNN firing the brash commentator, Marc Lamont Hill, who invoked the genocidal phrase “from the river to the sea” – indicating a desire to push all Israeli Jews into the Meditteranean and “cleanse” the land of all Jewish influence. The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) sent out a fundraising email for #GivingTuesday earlier this week claiming that Facebook and PayPal would match up to $7 million in donations to the group.
“Today is giving Tuesday, a day where you can show your support for the important civil rights and advocacy work that CAIR does every day. Today also, Facebook and PayPal will match up to seven million dollars in donation. So I urge you to support CAIR as much as you can,” CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad said in a YouTube video linked to in the solicitation.
But Awad’s plea for donations omitted critical fine print. Facebook and PayPal pledged to match $7 million in donations for all nonprofits that signed up to participate in the program, not just CAIR. Participating non-profits were allowed to raise a maximum of $250,000 total and $20,000 from a single donor. Donations would be paid out directly from Facebook and/or the PayPal Giving Fund, Facebook’s web page about the fundraiser said.
CAIR set at $150,000 goal for Giving Tuesday, but raised just more than 10 percent of that – $15,981.”

New draft of US proposal, which now includes a reference to international law and ‘relevant UN resolutions,’ to be voted on Monday in General Assembly.
The European Union agreed to support a US-sponsored United Nations General Assembly resolution condemning Hamas, following negotiations with Washington, diplomats said Thursday.
The draft resolution will likely be voted on in the United Nations General Assembly on Monday, an official in Israel’s mission to the UN told The Times of Israel on Thursday.
After the US agreed to make some changes to the initial draft, the EU on Thursday agreed to support the text. All 28 EU member states are expected to vote in favor.

CNN has fired Marc Lamont Hill, a political commentator and professor at Temple University, after he used a phrase associated with Palestinian extremists – “a free Palestine from the river to the sea” – during a speech at the United Nations.
Hill, a professor of media studies and urban education at Temple who also hosts the syndicated television show “Our World with Black Enterprise,” made the remark on Wednesday at an event held for the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.
“We have an opportunity to not just offer solidarity in words but to commit to political action, grassroots action, local action and international action that will give us what justice requires and that is a free Palestine from the river to the sea,” Hill said.

Hamas’ bosses in Tehran want to know how the IDF managed to penetrate Hamas ranks, how long they had worked undercover in the Gaza Strip undetected, were more such Israeli cells still buried there, and did they manage to infiltrate the top political and military levels of the Hamas hierarchy.
Both Iran and Hizballah are anxious to learn as much as they can about Israel military intelligence methods – not just behind enemy lines in neighboring Lebanon and Syria, but inside Iran proper.
The IDF-Hamas propaganda contest ongoing since last week was in fact the external face of the clandestine war waged against the IDF by Hizballah and Iranian Revolutionary Guards intelligence bodies, some of whom operate out of Syria. It was they who gave Hamas’ Ezz e-Din al-Qassam armed wing the order to release photos of eight Israelis claimed to have been members of the Israeli undercover network, long present in the Gaza Strip and disguised as an organization for aiding the needy.
