“Agricultural Assistance” Loophole Enables PA to Steal Land in Judea-Samaria with European Financing.
In 2009, Salam Fayyad, former prime minister of the PA, publicized his program for the unilateral creation of “an independent, fully autonomous Arab state on all of the territory of the West Bank and Gaza Strip, as per the 1967 borders, with Jerusalem as its capital.”
The Fayyad Plan is based on de facto annexation of Area C, with the underlying assumption that Areas A and B have already been “taken care of” by the Oslo Accords.
The implementation of this program of creeping annexation has been, and continues to be, carried out on two parallel tracks. The first involves cooperation with Israel: The PA submits requests to the relevant Israeli authorities for approval of “special priority” construction projects; generally, international funding for these projects is contingent upon a “seal of approval” from Israel.

Report to be presented in Knesset finds PA consolidating control in areas of strategic importance via agricultural, infrastructure projects.
A new report to be presented today to the Knesset by the Regavim movement reveals that the Palestinian Authority is financing a strategic takeover of Judea and Samaria territories through an orchestrated and extensive agricultural operation.
The report, parts of which were published this morning in Israel Hayom, says the operation follows an orderly plan, especially in Area C under full Israeli control, to determine facts-on-the-ground that will determine the areas as “Palestinian”.

The settlement organization known as “Regavim” has filed a lawsuit, in an Israeli court, to demolish the Tahaddi 5 school, in the Beit Ta’mar area, east of Bethlehem.
The head of the office for the Wall and Settlement Resistance Committee in Bethlehem, Hassan Brejiya, said that the lawyer of Saint Yves for defense of land, Emile Mashreqi, told the committee that the settlement institution has filed a racist claim in an Israeli court, against the school, in order to demolish it.

An aerial view of the U.N. compound as it looks today. The green line is the current compound, the red line marks the original dimensions allotted by the Israeli government for use by the U.N. It has constructed additional buildings, a gas station, storage facilities, and more: all without building permits or oversight of any kind. (Regavim photo, right)
A United Nations agency has been accused of breaking Israeli law by improperly expanding its Jerusalem headquarters.
According to Regavim, an Israeli non-governmental organization (NGO), the accusations include illegal encroachment and seizure of public property.
The agency being blamed is the United Nations Truce Supervision Organization. Incidentally, UNTSO is based in the same south Jerusalem neighborhood where the new U.S. Embassy will soon relocate, following President Donald Trump’s decision to move it from Tel Aviv last year.

Interviewer: Now, you are in support of Australia moving its embassy to Jerusalem. What difference would it make if it moves it from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem?
Kuperwasser: I think that the major difference it’s going to make is that it’s going to help convince the Palestinians that instead of sticking to all kinds of assumptions that they want to impose on the peace process that actually stall it and make it impossible to move forward (and between us, the peace process did not move forward in the last 10 years just because the Palestinians insisted on sticking to those assumptions), this is going to tell the Palestinians that they have to realize that the world is moving forward and they have to adjust their position. And the world is moving forward because the United States has moved its embassy to Jerusalem, the world is moving forward because Brazil is now planning to move its embassy to Jerusalem, the world is moving forward because Russia has admitted that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. The world is moving forward because the Arab world, pragmatic elements inside the Arab world, are telling the Palestinians, “Listen, stop putting obstacles in the way toward cooperation with Israel.”
