Dr. Jacques Gauthier has devoted the last 20 years of his life to reminding the world of the historical truth of the rights granted to the Jewish People under international law, to Eretz Israel, a piece of land that is actually much larger than what the State of Israel is today.
In light of the Israel Palestinian controversy over who owns Jerusalem, from the Palestinian claim that there never was a Jewish Temple in Jerusalem, to President Donald Trump moving the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem, much of Dr. Gauthier’s work is devoted to proving the legitimacy of the Jewish claim to the Old City of Jerusalem as its eternal Capital under international law, as is demonstrated in this video “Who Owns Jerusalem?”

PMW asks the US to deny Abbas entry for UN speech
by PMW Staff for Palwatch.org, September 24, 2018
Palestinian Media Watch sent a letter last week to US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo asking that PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas be denied entry to the US for the UN session this week due to his direct responsibility for paying salaries to terrorists and rewarding families of terrorists who were killed during their attacks.
The United States in the Taylor Force Act stated that these two payments are “incentivizing terror.”
Abbas, as head of the Palestinian Authority and head of the Palestine National Fund (PNF), is the one responsible for these payments, and is therefore the one incentivizing terror. US law prohibits entry to those promoting terror:
“Aliens who are… ineligible to be admitted to the United States… (VII)[one who] endorses or espouses terrorist activity or persuades others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity, or support a terrorist organization…” – [Code Chapter 8, § 1182 (3)(B)(7)]
Adam Kredo of The Washington Free Beacon reported the State Department’s response to PMW:
“I can’t speak to the specifics, but typically, as host nation for the United Nations, the United States is generally obligated to admit foreign nationals traveling to U.N. Headquarters in New York for official U.N. business.” – [The Washington Free Beacon, Sept. 20, 2018]

In an interview with the Israeli media, a local worker who credits Ari Fuld (pictured above, on the left, with his family) with saving her life during the attack said that the terrorist cased the area before the murder, asking her and others if they spoke English.

Falafel shop worker Hila Peretz came very close to becoming the second victim of the terrorist who stabbed Ari Fuld in the back last Sunday.
After stabbing the 45-year-old father of four, the terrorist, Khalil Jabarin, took off running, with Fuld using every ounce of strength left to chase the Jabarin down and fire his weapon, preventing further fatalities in an episode captured in a security camera video that has now gone viral.
Among the closest bystanders during the attack was Peretz, who credits Fuld’s courageous actions with saving her life.
In an interview with Times of Israel, Peretz explained that prior to the attack, Jabarin hung around her shop asking people if they “spoke English.”
After plane downed, Russia to give Syria advanced S-300 anti-aircraft system

Moscow will also jam radars of military planes striking from Mediterranean; Kremlin claims ‘premeditated’ action by Israeli pilots caused destruction of aircraft.
The Russian defense ministry said Monday that President Vladimir Putin will outfit the Syrian military with its sophisticated S-300 air defense system and jam radars of military planes striking from off the coast of the Mediterranean, in the wake of the downing of a Russian spy plane by Syrian air defenses during an Israeli strike last week.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on Monday said the incident was caused by “premeditated” actions by Israeli pilots, warning that this will harm relations between the two countries. “According to information of our military experts, the reason (behind the downing) were premeditated actions by Israeli pilots which certainly cannot but harm our relations,” Peskov told journalists.

The Israeli military on Sunday rejected the findings presented by the Russian Defense Ministry which accused the Jewish state of direct responsibility for downing the Russian plane in Syria.
The Israeli statement was issued a few hours after the Russian Defense Ministry presented its latest findings on the accident in Latakia last Monday, accusing the Israeli military of “criminal negligence.”
Chief spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry, Igor Konashenkov, said in a press briefing that Israel provided false information and used the Ilyushin Il-20 reconnaissance aircraft as a “shield” against the Syrian air defense system missiles.
The plane with 15 people on board was mistakenly downed by a Syrian missile, when Israel was conducting an airstrike on Syria’s Latakia province at the same time.
“We believe that the Israeli Air Force and those who were making decisions about these actions are fully to blame for the tragedy that happened to the Russian plane,” Konashenkov told reporters.
In the Israeli response, issued by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), the military charged that the “IAF (Israel Air Force) did not hide behind any aircraft and the Israeli aircraft were in Israeli airspace at the time of the downing of the Russian plane.”
