In mid June of 2012, Israeli representatives of the Unity Coalition for Israel, Chana Gavon and Judith Nusbaum, attended a significant leadership conference entitled The Status of Jerusalem Under International Law held at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem. Dr. Jacques Gauthier was a featured speaker at the conference and, just outside, we were privileged to interview Howard Grief, historian, legal expert and author of the book, The Legal Foundation and Borders Of Israel Under International Law.

Remember that there has been a Jewish presence in Jerusalem for 3,000 years and a Jewish majority since at least 1844.
Israel has right to the land based on the 1920 San Remo Resolution…
- not on the victories of war – whether defensive or offensive!
- not on UN Resolutions!
Article 80 of the UN Charter clearly states, “until such agreements (as the San Remo Resolution) have been concluded, nothing in this Chapter shall be construed in or of itself to alter in any manner the rights whatsoever of any states or any peoples…” (such as the Jews referred to in the San Remo Resolution).
On April 24th, 1920, the San Remo Resolution of the Supreme Council of the Principle Allied Powers became, as British Foreign Secretary Lord Curzon put it, “the Magna Carta of the Zionists.” It was clear at the time that the term, “national home,” as it was used in the document, really meant a state for the Jews of the world!

Israel has more right than anyone to Israel, and especially her earliest
roots, Jerusalem. This is the source of the earliest beginnings of
Judaism which became of the source of all religions. Enough said.

absolutely agree!
The enemy of decent Israeli-Jews are the Jews who floated to the top on a wave of immoral sucking-up to arab benefactors. That's what it looks like to us, because if top-Jews were moral, law-abiding, and brave, they'd enforce international laws that long-ago recognized and confirmed Israel's sovereignty over all the lands recognized as the Jewish Homeland by the San Remo Resolution. What's disgusting to us is to see how that old Father of Failure, that manic architect of Israel's destruction, scampered off the US to collect a cheesy medal on a cheap rayon ribbon whilst the hand that hung it around his withered neck was simultaneously funding the arabs who are occupying Gaza and who continue to attack Israeli civilians and shell Israeli townships. That Israeli leaders allowed all of this to happen to a once proud Israel is not only a shameful disgrace but the psychological impetus that drives arab Muslims to attack Jews. It's a given that when Arabs see weakness, they will attack, and they attack Jews because can see that Jews allow themselves to be led headlong over a cliff by any old Jewish shepherd in wolf's clothing. Israel sorely needs new leadership; leadership that understands international law and the San Remo Resolution. Leaders who possess the will to maintain and preserve Israel's rightful place amongst sovereign nations. Leadership that knows that Judea and Samaria and the Gaza and Golan Heights and Jerusalem are an integral part of the Jewish Homeland and that these lands cannot be traded away for anything, and certainly not for gold, armaments, promises, or "peace."
