The real question: Does She Still Support Moving the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem?
The Jewish Press Newspaper has not received a response from Hillary`s campaign concerning this issue. The campaign website has been revamped. Her current presidential homepage concerning Israel does not exist anymore. https://www.hillaryclinton.com/feature/israel/ Instead, a message pops up: "Oops, that link wasn`t what it was quacked up to be" with the picture of a Bill and Hillary posing with Donald Duck. Israel is not mentioned at all.
On the contrary Donald Trump has declared that the first thing he will do after being elected president is to move the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. This will be in compliance with the 1995 law overwhelmingly approved by Congress to move the embassy to Jerusalem.
The Jerusalem Embassy Act of 1995 said that the U.S. Embassy should be moved to Jerusalem by May 1999. But Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Obama have all issued waivers at six-month intervals. This December, President Obama and Hillary Clinton can change this scenario.
